Weidenfeld and Nicolson, 1955. Hardcover. Good/Good. 1955. Second Impression. 189 pages. Magenta dust jacket over blue cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Pages are fairly bright and clear with light tanning and foxing to free endpapers and text block edges. Minor dog-eared corners, with a few small nicks and rub marks along text block edge. Occasional faint thumb-marking present throughout. Boards have light shelf-wear with minor corner bumping and mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a subtle backward lean. Slight tanning to spine and edges. Unclipped jacket has light surface wear, with small tears and creasing to spine ends, edges and corners. Lightly tanned and foxed, with a water drop on joint.
