Boston: J.E. Tilton and Company, 1872. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket. 12mo (large). Green cloth binding with title in gilt on spine. vii, 414 p.p., [10] plates plus frontispiece. Bookplate of C.B. Farrar on front free endpaper, with secondary bookplate of Albro E. Chase on front pastedown endpaper. Fore-edge soiled, some pages have moderate stains and foxing throughout. Top edge of some pages trimmed, but not affecting text. Boards and extremities lightly rubbed, but otherwise in good condition.
