Inscribed by him on the ffe to author and bibiophile Anne Lyon Haight. Laid-in is an inscribed card a b&w reproduction of the frontispiece (a picture of his family's house)" "Greetings from 'The Age of Confidence' to the Haights from the Canbys and Merry Xmas" Green cloth, a bity dusty, in pictorial dustjacket by illustrator Kruse, soiled/ worn about the edges, with a darkened spine chipped at head and foot. Solid binding.
