Un volume (16,5x23,5 cm) di (20)-476-(72) pagine, antiporta incisa e altre 9 carte di tavole incise ft., oltre a numerose monete, medaglie e altre incisioni nel testo. Titolo in rosso e nero, con vignetta incisa. L'antiporta calcografica è sottoscritta Mulder del. W. Broen Sculp. Legatura coeva in tutta pelle, dorso a nervi ornato e dorato, usure al dorso e agli angoli, ; risguardie con carta marmorizzata; tagli rossi. Bell'esemplare di questa edizione delle Elegie di Tibullo, completo di tutte le illustrazioni di notevole fascino (tra le quali una famosa di Priapo, rappresentato come doppio satiro, e il fanciullo Marato). Testo e illustrazioni sono diventati un punto di riferimento importante anche per la cultura gay.
