Original olive green boards with paper label pasted on the spine. 44 pp. with photogravure prints and facsimile letter. Uncut fore edge. Privately printed reminiscences about the utopian community at Fruitlands in 1843, which was led by the Alcotts. A portion of the text originally appeared in the New England magazine. Paper label on spine a bit chipped. Otherwise, near fine.
