Chicago: The Lakeside Press/R.R. Donnelly and Sons Company, 1921. Hardcover. 12mo, viii, 165 pages. In Very Good minus condition. Bound in the publisher's dark green cloth bearing gilt lettering to the spine. Boards have slight wear with few scratches/faint staining exteriorly, slight rubbing wear to the edges and bumped corners. Mild lean to the spine. Text block has head edge gilt and age toned fore/tail edges. Deckled fore edge. Partial cracking to the gutter at half title page. Frontispiece with tissue guard. Illustrated.
