Introduction by Diana Souhami (biographer of Radclyffe Hall, and who has written extensively on the history of lesbians in the Modernist period). Souhami describes the cookbook as being as much a memoir fo the life shared with Getrude Stein as food writing. Bound in silver Balacron decorated in black with a design by the artist which extends across the spine and onto the back. Black slipcase. Very clean, bright and neat. Near fine, bright copy in like slipcase . Hardback. 1993.
