The sale volume is the fourth printing of the first thus; a large table top measuring 9.5 inches by 8 inches. Illustrations in color and black-and-white throughout the book. Cream paper boards with illustration on front board and spine. Binding tight and square with no marking inside or out. Unclipped (14.99 British pounds) dust jacket carries the same illustration as the cover of the book, plus an illustration on the back side; tan paper with black lettering. Bumping at top and bottom of spine and extremities, but no tears. 207 pages.
