With a short bibliography and list of exhibitions by the artist. One of 1500 copies printed. Design by Szapocznikow's second husband, and sometime collaborator, Polish graphic designer and artist Roman Cieślewicz (1930-1996).

Also included is the ephemeral invitation leaf.

As of January 2024, we cannot trace the invitation leaf in institutions via KVK, OCLC. The catalog is held in five North American institutions.
