Title page reads: "A Reprint of Ten Lectures Delivered by Mr. John Kirkland at the Borough Polytechnic Institute, London, On the Following Subjects: Flour, Yeast, Bread, Fuel, Ovens, Enzymes & Machinery". 100 pages. Interior is in excellent, Near Fine condition. Cover spine and top edge faded, corners bumped (especially one of the lower corners), several light marks and faint scratches to covers, slightly spine cocked, and spine ends chipped. ; 6 1/2 x 9 1/4
