London: Hutchinson, 1968. Revised edition. Hardcover. Very Good +/Very Good +. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Both volumes bound in brown cloth with red and gilt decoration to spines. Light green endpages. Yellow topstains. Volume 2 consists of black and white plates. Spines show some very light fading and a little soiling. Cased in brown cloth covered box with title plate to end.
