About This Item
Boston, MA, U.S.A.: AMC, 1925 6th Edition, 1925. Blue cloth, Flapped 'Trail' variant with 2 pockets - front and rear. Good condition, general pack wear, inner seams & hinges not cracked, front cover is near fine still nice with bright red titles, spine worn, RC very good+ Clean inside including the 'Note' pages (one notation from Sept. 1, 28 for a trip to Mt. Wash. via the Carriage road, else clean and nice. A bookplate of former owner on inside of FC (Ruth E. Humphries) with her signature on top of facing page. etc.... Original Mt. Washington (1931) map included and in near fine condition. As with the 1916, 1917, & 1920 just 1000 printed. AMC printed 1500 of the 1922 edition but apparently it was to many as they went back to the 1000 mark which was doubled with the next edition in 1928. Collectors Special Note: There were twice as many of the First Editon printed (2000/2100 some question which) much more than the next 5 editions.
