Little, Brown and Company. Very Good- in Good+ dust jacket. 1978. First Edition. Hardcover. 9780316544986 . Signed and inscribed by author on half title page. First edition. Hard cover published by Little, Brown and Co. In 1978. Covers have some edge wear. Corners are slightly bumped and have some rubbing. Last several pages in book have slight creases lengthwise down the middle. The person to whom the book is inscribed wrote his name and address at top of half title page. Book is in very good minus condition. Dust jacket is in a protective mylar cover and has a signed sticker at bottom of spine. DJ has some small tears along top edges, a tear in the laminate at bottom of spine, and is in good plus condition. Large 8vo, 793 pages, 2.9 lb. ; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 793 pages; Signed by Author .
