About This Item

Washington: Unknown, 1884. This pamphlet contains the "Speech of Hon. Dan. W. Voorhees, of Indiana, in the Senate of the United States, Friday, April 14, 1882." The reason for his arrest by the British remains obscure, though Quercus offers that perhaps it was for Fenian political activity. This is a Very good copy of the First Edition.
