Rosenheim, with his bookplate, -- one of the leading arch itects in Los Angeles in the early part of the 20th century. His major works include the Hellman Building and Second Church of Chr ist Scientist. Condition: Good; moderate wear to covers, two larg e chips at top of spine. Text block is tight, clean and bright. .
