Secker and Warburg, 1964. Hardcover. Acceptable/Good. 1964. No Edition Remarks. 382 pages. Illustrated jacket over blue cloth with silver titles to spine. From the History in the Making series. Pages are rather marked with pronounced tanning and foxing, plus thumbing. Foxing more intense towards the start and end of the book and on text block edges. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall. Silver titles are bright. Unclipped jacket has light edgewear with small tears and creasing. Jacket is slightly rubbed and marked overall. A few liquid droplet marks to spine. Spine is noticeably sunned.
