(2d) Large, squarish book, green cloth with embossed 18th hole and flag with title at bottom front, ink note and date at top of first front end paper, 291 heavy pages, photos throughout. DJ has color photo of golfer teeing off on front, table of contents on back in light green and white. DJ has 1/4" tear and slight wear at top front bookfold edge, very light crease at top front edge near spine, microtear and light crease at top back edge, microtear at bottom back spine indentation and near bottom back tip. Near Very Good DJ/Very Fine book.
