An attractive copy in glowing tree sheep - perfectly palm-sized for comfortable reading - and with exquisite and hypnotically detailed engraved plates. Its elegance is undeniable. 5'' x 3.25''. Contemporary tree sheep boards with red spine label and gilt monogram to front and back, "AMB". Blue pastepaper endpapers. Pink silk ribbon marker to headband. Illustrated with engraved portrait and frontispiece, with seven engraved plates. 204 pages, collated complete, with publisher's ad to front. Binding with mild edgewear. Leaves with occasional faint foxing. Tight and clean.
