npl: [BLA], nd. Pamphlet. 12p., stapled wraps, reprint of the BLA zine, 5.5x8.5 inches, reprint of zine, some poor ink transfer, otherwise good. Balagoon was one of the Black Panther 21, and then a member of the Black Liberation Army. He died in prison in 1986.
