Small quarto. xviii, 564pp. Illustrated with both color and black and white plates, along with a fold out map. Very good, with very faint staining on the bottom of the boards, creasing and light foxing on a few pages, in an about very good dust jacket, with moderate edgewear, including a few small tears, and dampstaining and faint foxing on the interior.
