Previous owner's embossed stamp and two other prev. owner's names neatly inked to to front endpaper, a touch of sunning to spine, some rubbing to covers, a little flecking to lower edges of covers, a touch of fraying to top rear corner of spine, Mark to inside of rear cover, otherwise good condition. No dj. Col. frontis. B/W plates. Overall a good copy of the first edition of the classic text. 381pp. .
