The book is bound in a red cloth, with a blind-stamped anchor symbol on the front panel. (In the Anchor Bible series, all books dealing with the New Testament are bound in red cloth, while all books dealing with the Old Testament are bound in blue cloth.) The binding is tight and secure, with very light off-setting of the endpapers. The text pages are clean and bright throughout, with no marks, tears, or signatures of former owners. The book measures 6 1/4 by 9 1/2 inches, with 366 pages but also, separately numbered, 198 pages of Introductory material.. . Hard Cover. Near Fine/No Dust Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
