Strawberry Hill: Thomas Kirgate, 1765 Bound in18th century full leather stamped with a herringbone pattern with elaborate blind stamped borders, double gilt borders, five raised bands with bright gilt titles and panel decorations, book plate of Caxton Hall in each volume. Contents are fine, mostly unread. Offsetting from engravings. One volume with light foxing, the last few pages. Each volume with some cracking at the front gutter with volumes 2 and 5 tender but holding. Volume 4 is dated 1771, while the others are dated 1765. Volumes 2-5 with a small chip at the spine tail.
