London: MacMillan, 1921. 1st . Hardcover. Good/Dust Jacket Included. First printing. 480 pp., many photos, 4 folding maps, some colour, appendices, index, octavo, blue cloth with silver decorations. Good text with intact hinges, considerable wear and bumping to extremities, previous owner's names, small stain to upper margin near spine for small part of text. Dj is about 95% complete but has considerable wear and tear with old tape repairs and soiling.
