A sammelband of early text of urology, the major publications of Dr. Robert Ultzmann of Vienna. With the second, enlarged edition of the Instruction for the Examination of Urine, Atlas on the Physiological and Pathological Urinary Sediments, On the Local Treatment of the [Diseases of the] Bladder, and finally About Potentia Generandi and Potentia Coeundi, all in one volume. With frequent chromolithographic plates throughout the Atlas, depicting the various 'sediments' to be found under the microscope. Dr. Robert Ultzmann of Vienna was a pioneer of modern urology, and some of the methodology and instruments he invented are still in use today. Bookplate on the front pastedown, and previous owner's name in pencil. Half red morocco with gilt lettering over black cloth. Sunning to the spine and spot of surface loss to the front board. Very Good binding.
