Kennikat Press, 1970. Book. Fine. Cloth. First Edition Thus. Octavo, brick red cloth covered boards with gilt spine title on black label. 664 pp. including index. A facsimile of the first edition of 1850. A very tight, clean, bright volume with very fresh cloth and sparkling gilt. Interior is bright white, crisp, sharp unmarked pages. Faint line and small abrasion on ffep and title page where pages were lightly stuck. A quite minor flaw. Very near fine, without dust jacket (as issued). A great copy which looks like new..
