About This Item

1990-1998. Like New. Signed. A treasure trove of Anne Tyler ephemera including a signed catalog card for Dinner at the Homesick Restaurant and correspondence with fans. Primarily consists of correspondence between Tyler and Oregon collector Jack Walsdorf between 1990 and 1998. Walsdorf sent many books for Tyler to sign and also offered to acquire anything she might need on a trip he took to Hay-on-Wye. Apropos of my letter carrier, I find myself regretfully forced to call a halt to any further signing. Includes a total 11 pieces of correspondences between Tyler and Waldorf on paper and postcards; a letter from Tyler's agent refusing a business proposal by Waldorf; two letters written by Tyler to other fans; and the signed catalog card. Fine.
