Illustrated end pages. the text is illustrated with reproductions of historical, anonymous, woodcuts along with illustrations by Ralph Caldecott, Maxfield Parrish, Walter Crane, Kate Greenaway and Arthur Rackham. 1/4 olive coloured back strip with black coloured titles. 3/4 gold coloured boards with dark gray coloured embossed titles to the front panel. Dark pink coloured tint to the top text edge. Illustrated dustwrapper with white and black coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. '' ...
