Philadelphia: Macrae Smith Company, 1927. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good binding. Signed. This copy is signed by Mary Geisler Phillips with a personal inscription in the form of a poem to her niece Gene: To Gene | Here's a book about some ants, | A boy, a dog, and elf; | But best of all is the little girl, | who is very like yourself! | Aunt Mary | Christmas 1931". Signed with an additional signature as well. This copy in the publisher's red cloth with decorations and titling in gold which has darkened a bit. Overall a clean and sturdy copy. Very Good binding.

Library and institutional billing requirements are accommodated. Returns: We accept returns for any reason within seven days of receipt provided we are notified in advance and the book is returned in the condition it was sold. If the book is not represented accurately we will cover return media rate shipping. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 lbs, or 1 kg. Multi-volume sets, heavy and over-sized books may require additional shipping, particularly if shipped internationally. In this event you will be contacted before the order is processed.
