Max Parrish, 1954. 1st. Hardback. Good. First edition hardback, 1954, with no jacket. In overall good used condition with minor signs of age, handling and storage - blue cloth boards rubbed to edges. Internally clean. Binding tight; no annotations - gift inscription to front pastedown with a couple of press clippings about the book pasted to front and rear endpapers, and an excerpt from Ozymandias by Shelley pasted to front pastedown; the remains of the dj (front cover and spine) have been pasted to the rear pastedown; text and illustrations bright and clear throughout. Not an old library book.
