Dublin: John Jones, 1804. Hardcover. Very Good. SECOND EDITION. Green half-bound leather with marbleized paper boards. Spine is rebound with 4 raised bands and gilt lettering and design. Illustrated throughout with 30 plates (some of which fold out) plus an illustrated frontispiece and title page. Covers moderately rubbed, consistent with the book's age. Within the two title pages inside, one lists published date as 1803 and the second lists 1804. Very minimal marginalia within, mostly in pencil. Ownership markings in ink on title page. Moderate foxing throughout which is concentrated in the very early pages and at the end (mostly in the preface, table of contents, subscriber list, and Index). [xx] 1-526 pp. Includes an unpaginated index and a few pages of advertisements at back. More images by request. Due to this book's weight, more shipping charges may be necessary.
