Contains black and white illustrated frontispiece, with other illustrations throughout. Pages are lightly tanned, heavier to edges, but text remains clear. Binding is firm. Slight cracking to front hinge. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Deckled edges. Boards have moderate shelf-wear, with noticeable corner bumping and some scuffing to edges. Spine ends are slightly crushed. Light rubbing and scuffing overall. Some small visible black marks to front board.
