Series I Greek Texts. Hard to find original SPCK edition of this interesting translation of Macarius Magnes, especially valuable for the fragments of lost works that Macarius was responding to. Very handsome blue cloth covers with glazed stamping to the front cover. Covers are clean, spine just a bit sunned. Interior title page has very attractive green and black floral borders. Text has occasional small marks in blue pencil but is otherwise neat, sturdy and clean. Very hard to find.; 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall .
