Boards rather marked and scarred. Spine with five raised bands and morocco title label. Trinity College, Dublin prize binding with gilt armorial to both boards. Large engraved prize bookplate to front pastedown endpaper. Slight cracking to joints but securely bound. Very clean text throughout. Latin text. A collection of amendments and supplements for Livy's Ab Urbe Condita, taken from MSS and selected earlier editions. Also includes the entire supplement of Johann Freinsheim. A scarce title, housed in an interesting early prize binding from Trinity College. ESTC: T101705 (18 copies), Lowndes p1374. Overall condition is Very Good Minus.
