First Edition,A Political Extravaganza.Green cloth with gold lettering,Very good book in a plain buff dustwrapper with green titles.The paper used on the wrappers is particularily brittle and prone to chipping and splitting.This wrapper has split along one side of the spine at the fold and has been internally repaired and the split is not visible,there are also some chips to the edges.generally good..
