HARDCOVER, bound in most attractive full vellum with overlapping edges, spine with delicately gilt-tooled raised band, gilt brown morocco lettering-piece, compartments with gilt fleurons, date stamped in gilt at foot, sides paneled in gilt and with gilt corner-pieces, marbled endpapers, all edges gilt; occasionally trimmed somewhat close, very small, vague stamp to bottom verso of title-page.
