About This Item

Vancouver?, 1972.. Magazine format, stapled. [112]pp. Pictorial wrappers, illustrated. Some erosion of covers, a very good copy. An uncommon book published by a group of Vancouver artists, Vancouver Art in the Sixties describes it: "The disappearing Victorian-era buildings were documented in a partly random manner, the search itself becoming a part of the text, revealing the economic forces at work in the production of culture and landscape." The Opportunities for Youth Program was a summer employment program for students funded by the federal government. A scarce book.
