Slipcase in fine condition. This is copy number 187 in a special edition, limited to two hundred copies. The book was designed by George Lenox with photography by Rick Gardner and Rob Muir. Published in cooperation with the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. Embossing to the front cover, gilt lettering to the black spine..
