The harrowing story of the second Grinnell expedition, in search of Sir John Franklin 1853 -1855. Lakeside Press editions are not issued with dust jackets. Dark brown cloth with the front cover and spine stamped in gilt. One of the long running series of publications from R.R. Donnelly that are used to display the craftsmanship of their employees. These books are distributed each year as a Holiday gift to employees. A new copy. No apparent wear to the cover or spine, all lettering on the spine and cover is crisp and not rubbed or worn. A very clean copy! Attached is a photo of the copy we have in our inventory.
