A Very Good + set. 8vos., [Vol.1] 464; [Vol.2] 467 pp., illustrated with 2 engraved title pages, 2 portrait frontispieces, large folding map, full page map, isothermal fold-out map, engraved plates with tissue guards, and numerous text illustrations. Bound in period half tan leather and marbled paper over boards, with title and volume on black morocco labels on the spine. All edges marbled, with matching end papers. Paper on boards lightly rubbed. Internally very clean, with Near Fine plates and maps.
