1st printing/inscribed by author. Good+ HC in Fair DJ. Green boards, gilt letters. Clean covers and spine; slight age darkening along cover edges; foxing/dust spotting on text block edges; tightly bound; light foxing on end papers; inscribed on front free end paper 'For Nell & Kit in England | with love from | Storm | May 4 1964' and below inscription in blue pencil is an address; clean interior. DJ is heavily scuffed/scraped on back cover with areas of paper lift and horizontal closed tear; front cover and spine some what scuffed; age darkened on spine - all titles legible. Owners were Christopher 'Kit' Lasch (noted author and historian - Univ Iowa, Northwestern Univ & Univ Rochester) and Nell Commager Lasch. Small 8vo, 217 pp.
