There are 80 splendid , crisp, balck and white photographic plates gathered together at the rear and lots of drawings in the text. This is a wonderfully comprehensive catalogue of the cannon, their accessories and ammunition kept in the Tower of London. Produced to the high standard of H.M.S.O. Top edge gilt. In original handsome red buckram gilt hard cover binding. Near Fine in Very Good/Fine attractive pictorial dust wrapper which is only slightly rippled at the very top and bottom of the front cover - not serious. Still in the original box/ slipcase in which it was supplied. A VERY substantial book. WILL REQUIRED EXTRA POSTAGE. If ordering from outisde UK please email me and I'll advise on postage.
