London: The Studio, 1931. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. Folio. 354 pages, 6 colour plates with tissue guards, numerous b/w photographic illustrations. Original blue cloth, gilt motif to front boad, gilt lettering to the spine. Good with a little general wear, some fading to edges and spine, cloth lightly marked. Contents clean and tight, bookplate to the front paste-down, otherwise unmarked. A good sound copy. Covering the period from the Predynastic to the 12th century. Please note: a large heavy book and a small postal surcharge may apply..
