Godine, Publisher, [1983]. pp. 192, Index. many b. & w. illus. plus 18 colour plates. Printed on Espel and Sun Fugue papers, by Nissha Printing Co., Ltd., Japan. Hardcover, quarter brick cloth with boards, title on cover and spine (corners square, title on spine bit faded, lightly soiled on boards, remainder mark on top edge, interior is very clean and unmarked). In an illustrated slipcase (shelf wear and scuffed, with 2 price stickers). Note: the first two photos are of the front and back of the slipcase.
Very good condition.Size: 11 7/8" x 9" (30cm x 23cm)- book dimensions only.
