Original full leather binding, spine chipped. Light pencil manuscript presentation that might be legible under a black light. Hardbound. Very good. Marcus Tullius Cicero Gould (1793-1860) won fame as a fast and accurate reporter of trials, speeches, hearings, etc. He worked mainly in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Rare in "Large Paper".
