From the library of avid book collector and philanthropist Estelle Doheny (1875 - 1958) with her bookplate. Also from the library of prolific artist and bookplate designer Pickford Waller (1896 - 1926) with his bookplate front paste-down. Bound in original green cloth with gilt lettering spine. Frontispiece by William Strang. Minimal fading spine. A nice association copy. v, 276 pp. lxiii, + 14 pp publisher's list.
