The brown cloth cover has noticeable spots of foxing and darkening. The spine ends and corners of the book covers have some rubbing, bumping and fraying. The text pages are generally clean, but do have some spots of foxing throughout. There is tidemarking to the first 25 or so pages and the rear 25 or so pages, at both top and bottom edges of the text pages. There is a previous owner's inked name on the front endpaper. The rear endpapers have a previous owner's penciled notations.
