Pisa [Italy]: Amministrazione Provinciale di Pisa, 1972. Pamphlet. 32 pp., illustrations, wraps. 9.5 x 6.75 in. Covers foxed, creased, and worn. A tear about 1.75 inch long from the bottom edge of the rear cover (not affecting any content). An account of massacres perpetrated by fascists in Italy, including Nazi military, in the Italian city of Pisa. Published by the city government, the booklet includes reproductions of printed broadsides from the 1940s, portraits of some of the people executed, and lists of names of people killed in 16 different massacres during 1944 (the youngest named victim aged 12). With a brief history of the beginnings of fascist organizing in Pisa. The booklet focuses on the violence of fascists against labor unions.
