John F Shaw and Co London undated c1900 G (no dj, very nice green pictorial boards, bright gilt title and clean bright art nouveau decoration on spine in blue/black/brown/white, front board has illustration in white/blue/brown/black of two children with sledge in country lane, boards in very good condition with no edgewear, Band of Hope prize plate front fixed endpaper, date instinct but possibly 1902, browning/light foxing endpapers, good clean copy with just a couple of small marks but all pages browning) 12mo 128pp plus 2pp publisher's adverts. Decorated capitals at chapter headings, no illustrations.
