Brown cloth lettered gilt on spine. vi,332pp. The report of a meeting held in the Meeting House of the First Presbyterian Congregation, Belfast during April 1834. The discussion was between Rev John Scott Porter and the Rev Daniel Bagot on the subject of the Unitarian Controversy. Unitarians concern themselves with the character of God and Jesus with regard to the Holy Trinity. Some minor spotting throughout; inner hinges starting (but book very secure); neat previous owner signature on front endpaper; some rubbing to covers and extremities; else a very good copy of an UNCOMMON third edition.. Third Edition. Hardback. Very Good.
